Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final on the following items:

• Earrings
• Custom jewelry pieces
• Custom grillz

These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All other eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for an exchange:

• The item must be in its original, unworn condition
• Proof of purchase is required
• The replacement item must be of equal or greater value
• The replacement item must be made of the same metal and stone type

If the new item is of greater value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

Valentino Luxe does not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method.

Valentino Luxe reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
